Registered and established public institutions approved by the Institutional Organization Committee of Keqiao District, Shaoxing City. The main purpose of the research institute is to leverage the advantages of local industries, economy, location, policies, as well as the strengths of universities in talent cultivation, discipline construction, technological research, and international exchange and cooperation, to carry out scientific research, technology development, technology transfer, technology services, achievement transformation, entrepreneurship incubation, provide scientific and technological information and management consulting, and various technical training and other related social services. According to the business development needs of the research institute, and based on the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, we are now publicly recruiting 5 non staff professional and technical staff members from the society. The relevant matters are announced as follows.


1、 Recruitment target


1. Generally, one should have a bachelor's degree or above, solid professional knowledge, and good communication and coordination skills; Those with outstanding abilities can be extended to a college degree.


2. The age is generally under 35 years old. The age limit for holding intermediate professional and technical positions has been relaxed to 40 years old, and the age limit for holding senior professional and technical positions has been relaxed to 45 years old.

2、 Recruitment positions and basic responsibilities


(1) Technology Management 2 people


Job Description


1. Responsible for the application and management of various scientific and technological projects at all levels, as well as tracking and managing research teams and projects.


2. Responsible for the information release and promotion of the research institute's scientific and technological achievements, as well as the coordination service and management of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.


3. Responsible for handling and archiving documents related to the appraisal of research achievements and patent applications in the research institute.


4. Responsible for the management of equipment and safety in the experimental center of the research institute.


5. Conduct visits and research on local enterprises to understand their current situation, grasp their actual needs in research and development, transformation, and upgrading, and seek ways to cooperate.


6. Complete the tasks temporarily assigned by the leader.


Job requirements


1. Priority will be given to majors related to weaving, light industry, materials, polymer materials, printing and dyeing.


2. Understand knowledge of other related majors (materials science, enterprise management, project management, investment and financing, etc.);


3. Priority will be given to companies with relevant resources, and those with a driver's license will be given priority.


(2) 2 administrative managers


Job Description


1. Responsible for drafting research institute documents, standardizing official documents, circulating official documents, and archiving archives.


2. Responsible for organizing meetings and activities of the research institute, arranging duty schedules during holidays, ensuring safety and security measures such as fire prevention, waterproofing, and theft prevention, as well as providing logistical support for the research institute.


3. Strictly implement the financial management system of the research institute, responsible for reimbursement, bill filing and other work.


4. Responsible for the procurement and registration of office supplies, low value consumables, and office equipment for the research institute, as well as the distribution, allocation, and storage of office supplies.


5. Research institute information statistics, reporting, and information dissemination.


6. Complete the tasks temporarily assigned by the leader.

Job requirements


1. Strong language and writing skills, able to write official documents, plans, and other files; Candidates with experience in secretarial, financial, and other related fields are preferred;


2. Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as strong computer application abilities, with a driver's license preferred.


(3) Personnel management 1 person


Job Description:


1. Responsible for the application and management of various talent projects: liaising with relevant local government departments such as provincial (city, district) talent offices and human resources and social security bureaus, familiarizing and mastering policies related to talent projects, mastering the time arrangement and application process, and providing guidance to applicants.


2. Responsible for expanding channels for introducing high-level talents, establishing a high-end talent information database, and organizing regular visits and contacts.


3. Responsible for the service work, performance statistics, and assessment of talents introduced at all levels.


4. Responsible for employee job performance evaluation, salary statistics, approval, and reporting.


Job requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, management, Chinese language and literature, or related fields;


2. Candidates with experience in human resources or administrative work are preferred;


3. Possess excellent language and written expression skills.


3、 Basic Requirements for Recruiting Personnel


(1) Comply with national laws and regulations, possess good moral character, and have no illegal or disciplinary behavior; (2) Adhere to the correct academic orientation and value orientation, have a good academic atmosphere, moral cultivation, and professional ethics, and be honest and self disciplined;

4、 Recruitment arrangement


(1) Register

(3) Interview


After passing the qualification review, the candidates will enter the interview, which will be conducted on a 100 point scale with a passing score of 80 points. The content mainly tests the candidates' professional knowledge, business ability, communication and coordination, oral expression, etc.


(4) Handle employment procedures


Sign an employment contract with the intended employee, agree on the probationary period and employment period, clarify the target tasks for the employment period, and handle the onboarding procedures. (5) The probationary period shall be implemented according to regulations, and the probationary period shall be included in the employment contract period. Those who pass the probationary period assessment will be officially hired; Those who are unqualified will have their employment cancelled.

5、 Other matters
